In one word: excellent! We had such a great stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Universo. Great location, close to multiple metro stations and walking distance from some attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff made sure our stay was to the greatest. Last, but not least, the breakfast experience was one of the best we've had so far. Wide spread of savory and sweet items, fresh fruits and vegetables and serve your own Mimosa :-) We could only recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Best Western Universo. Great location to the train and especially fantastic restaurants.
Staff were great and welcoming. The entire place was presented wonderfully and the rood top bar an added bonus.

I like the best Western chain. I usually book it wherever I travel for leisure or business. Unfortunately, this specific hotel is not good.
