Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-metre swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. the hotel is located about 20 minutes by bus to the city center. the bus stop is right out side the hotel and the busses 44, 113, 124 run about every 10 minutes. everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good and always fresh. there is a refill stand for coffee and team for the room near the front desk, the beds were very big and comfortable. the WIFI was great and accessible in all areas of the hotel.
