The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was outstanding, access to the parking area was very convenient and the room was quiet, even though the motel was at capacity.

The Best Western On The Avenue offers guests a convenient location only a short drive from the legendary Niagara Falls. The University of Buffalo as well as the Buffalo Zoo and the Keybank Center are also nearby. Room was clean and plenty of parking. The chef went out her way to cook more food near the end of breakfast and extended the time. This showed great loyalty and pride in her work.
