The property was on the water which was perfect because we did a boat one day so it was able to just pull up to the property boat dock and the views were incredible! The private hot tub was a nice bonus and we did use it. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff though, they were amazing and went out of their way for anything we needed! Staff is definitely an 11/10

The views are amazing! We could see La Piedra from our balcony, and the Represa with the boats. The front desk, restaurant and massage staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are confortable and clean. We loved “La Mona” and “Migo”, the furry staff of the hotel. Definitely coming back soon.

The location and the room were awesome - great view of the town and of the piedra. Jorge especially was an absolute legend - ferrying us across on the private hotel boat when we needed, checking we had everything to make our stay perfect and being generally friendly and professional!

this place is excellent!!!!!!!!!! Location is perfect, across the street from the lake and boat rentals. Restaurants and shops right next door but the noise level wasn't even heard and it was a busy week.

Everyone liked the food. The pool was great for the kids and tanning. We were able to take a boat ride, which was perfect and La Piedra was very close as well.

The Service , Pick Up via Boat, Decor and Ambiance of Hotel. Bar area was well decorated and with a good vibe. Restaurant was also excellent. The apple crumb dessert was amazing that we had to order an extra one. The hotel design made out of wood and bamboo is UNIQUE!

It was the absolute perfect spot. We had a wonderful time. The gentleman at the desk arranged for us to be taken out on a boat for two hours. We cooked breakfast and had our coffee while watching the birds awaken.

The landscape is awesome, great location,the service was great, but the best recommendation which is a MUST is taking a 20 min drive in the FIB (flying inflated boat)!!
