this hotel is like a house with a beautiful garden with swimming pool, we stayed one night and also had dinner. the rooms are simple but comfortable, it is a very welcoming and hospitable family management. they have excellent apricot brandy!

We had a marvelous time chez Yvette. The location is perfect and the house has a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. People working there are very friendly and kind. The house is super clean. The food is delicious and everything is homemade. I would recommend to anyone to go there and stay as long as possible. We stayed there 2 days but we could have spent a week there for sure. I think this accommodation is much better and nicer as on photo, it was good suprise for us. Room was clean, owners was very nice. We couldnt wait for breakfast, so they prepared package for us with food - there was so many bread, eggs, vegetables - so good :) There was the best view from window and also from restaurant. there is nice garden. In the hotel restaurant are good prices and good wine. location is very good - just 8 minutes to Pagan Temple, which we could see from windows and from restaurant and 20minutes from Symphony of stones.

The family here is so friendly! They gave us so much food! The room is lovely, spacious, the location is within walking distance to the temple. The outdoor seating area is wonderful to relax in. We would definitely stay here again!

Good value for price, I particularly recommend for budget travelers. The bed was comfortable, the interior of the apartment was modern and nice decor and hot water was available in a spacious bathroom. There was a washing machine in the bathroom and a kettle in the lounge area. It was easy to find as I had their phone number and then there is 'Tatev' wrote on the wall beside the gate and there is also a clearly visible white sign with black and green text that says guesthouse/bungalow. The owners were friendly. The man who stayed there with his child gave the place a family homesome atmosphere and another man who helped me phone the lady who spoke English over the phone were both very helpful. The location was okay for us because we could stop the 266 bus that went both to Yerevan and in the opposite direction closer to Gegehard monastery. It was 15 minute walk to Garni temple with shops and restaurants on the way.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.
