We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. I want to thank Sylvia for her kindness and helpfulness. Our two dogs got attacked by two unleashed dogs. Sylvia did everything she could to help us and find a veterinarian (which wasn't easy because in was late Saturday night). She must have done at least fifteen phone calls and finally managed to reach a veterinarian who was able to help us. Sylvia is an amazing person and she does her work with her heart. Staying there made me feel I was like a queen. The room was very nice and spacious and as it was nice surprise to find the pool in the backyard as it was very hot day. Landscape is breathtaking. I highly recommend you visiting here.

Great interaction with the farm animals, and the whole family are welcoming hosts. The view, the location, the atmosphere, everything is wonderful. Breakfast and afternoon cake always super tasty. It was our second visit and we will surely be back!

Was a perfect place to stay the night on our way to Aich. The breakfast had great variety of foods to choose from. Managed to get to Aich safely on our bicycles thanks to the owner's advice and his Vespa skills.

The host Claudia was very welcoming and kind, she always checked up on me and my partner, asking how was our day on the slopes. The apartment was very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly think off. The wifi was good, it was calm and quiet and we are definitely coming back the next ski season!

This apartment was great with wonderful view to the mountains from the terrace in back garden. Love this area and would definitely stay here again. Though I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space. Very welcoming host on site - so easy access to apartment. Option for fresh bread delivery to your door each morning. Easy walk across to Gondelbahn and Alpendorf.
