The apartment has stunning view and the size of the apartment is spacious for my family of 4. One of the room comes with air-conditioning. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The water pressure from the shower is strong. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable that it felt like home. I would also like to specially thank Ms Kylee Lowden, the General Manager of Collins House Apartment. I was very surprised to receive a personalized welcome message from.her. She has also kindly agreed to my request for a later than the standard check-out time, which is a great help to me as due to some injury, I am.unable to move around much. Our arrival time was delayed due to a late flight so we manager was in regular contact with me to provide a solution so we could access the property. It worked perfectly and it was a great relief to not have to worry about being delayed. Upon viewing the apartment it was like an oasis. It was beautiful and roomy with a delicious basket of breakfast goodies waiting for us. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return when in Melbourne again. Thank you for the wonderful stay and all of the little extras you provided like Q-tips in the bathroom and gourmet coffee pods.
