Rita and Giuseppe are truly exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Their hospitality is second to none, combining professionalism with genuine care. The bed was very comfy, shower great, breakfast, drinks and evening meal in the garden all excellent. Hosts really friendly. Lovely walk along the lake into Locarno and very convenient for the train station. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. Our room had a large balcony, with a view down to the lake. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice. Our host was easily contactable, and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. There is a bus stop right outside the property if you didn't want to walk up the short hill, but we mostly walked.

The welcome, hospitality, location, facilities, cleanliness, quietness, tranqiility, view and the sound of the little mountain stream outside the window.. The photos are a true reflection. The owner collected me from the train and provided useful intormation explained bus routes etc. Nearest stop and mini market within 150m. Madonna del Sasso and Gondola Station a short walk away. I would highly recommend.

Well equipped quaint cottage with a magnificent view of the lake, good parking close by. Extremely friendly and helpful host who prepared delicious extensive breakfast. Nice interior, prosecco and pastry as welcome. Lovely little village located up the mountain above Lago Maggiore. The loggia where we could sit and sip wine was a hidden gem.
