Location was fantastic, waking up with the mountains outside your window is breathtaking. The room was clean, breakfast exceptional and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a VERY memorable experience. The walk from the railway station to hotel on arrival with bags was challenging, however, if you telephone on arrival a shuttle bus service is available for 5 francs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gletscherblick and will definitely recommend it to family and friends in Australia.

Super nice and friendly staff, excellent location right next to the train station, the restaurant is open till 11pm. I love the house craft beer and they have a superb house wine, highly recommend to try both. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony with beautiful views.

This traditional property was very comfortable, clean and provided everything we wanted. It is in a great location with great views to the church and Staubbach waterfall and within walking distance of everything. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries.

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This beautiful guest house was the best place to stay for the Switzerland trip.
