The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

The location is in a quiet area very close to one of the main attractions (the entrance to the Zhangjiajie national forest park which holds the"Avatar peaks", the glass bridge and so on). The host was very kind and helpful (offered to help us get tickets for the attractions, drove us to the entrance of the park), she even gave us some very good "moon cakes" for the ride as we left. Everything was nice and we would come back again 🙂

We really like the location, which is perfect for visiting the National Park, as the entrance is very near and the hotel even offers free shuttle. However, what really made our stay special was the hotel stuff, especially Ming, who spoke english fluently and was very kind and helpful. He helped us buy all the tickets, provided us with maps and instructions and he even saved us when he drove us to the train station early in the morning to catch our train to Guilin. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nvue Resorts.

Dont’t hesitate, just book this accomodation! Because of the proximity to the west entrance you’ll be able to visit the park without waiting for cablecars or elevator. Lucas made us a 3d/4n trip (2 days Zhanjiajie, 1 day tianmen) and we think we’ve seen it all as this is something you only do once in a lifetime. Food in the hotel is great and enough variety to not get bored on day 3. Thank you Lucas and staff.

This is wonderful cozy hotel, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Good location, close to all the attractions. Good breakfast. But the main diamond of this hotel is the assistant at the reception, whose name is Lee, very honest and nice person , we wanted to express our deep gratitude to him for his attention to us, for his help, advice and recommendations, without him our trip would not have been so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. We cane in very late in the evening, she even woke up to open the doors for us. She gave us extra blankets and warming flasks for us to stay warm in the cold weather. The breakfast and dinner were homecooked. It really is a tight-knit small family hotel!

Bela, The manager, is amazing! Good person, she takes care about everything! They picked us up from airport, they asked for food to have dinner, all you need they give it to you!
