Booked last minute and all was good. Very comfortable place. Individual parking spots. Had an en suite and a kitchen with those plug in hobs & rice cooker and fridge. With a balcony too. Great place.

Everything was perfect. We had 2 amazing days in Uvita. Excellent contact with the host. The house is brand new, fully equipped. Excellent equipment in the kitchen. Barbecue area. A place on the terrace overlooking the forest, where you can eat peacefully. Comfortable and large bed. Excellent internet connection. Very clean and functional bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, you can only hear birds (hummingbirds, parrots and toucans). Fantastic pool, hammock and plenty of space where you can relax. No problem to find restaurants and eat in the area. To the beach quite close about 10 minutes walk. We also used the laundry service (fast and inexpensive - we recommend). Madre Terra is the perfect place to just 'be'. The rooms are so comfortable and the vibe so chilled that you won't want to leave. Relax in the pool, say 'hello' to the dogs, grab some food from the nearby restaurants or just lounge around on the sunbeds, it's all there. Marci and Sandro are so friendly, helpful and just add to the already relaxed atmosphere. Also the attention to detail and thought put into the rooms didnt go unnoticed. Staying with them is exactly what we needed.

The room was very large and clean with great views. The beds were very comfortable. The property was well-maintained and the surroundings were beautiful. It was very quiet and serene. The pool was lovely and very clean. The beach was nearby. It is not good for swimming as the waves are too rough but it's nice to go in and get some salt water and jump the waves. There are many birds in the area. The macaws flew over the property quite often. Carlos was very kind and helpful. There is a little bar where you can get a glass of wine or a bottle of beer but that is the extent of it. The owner has put a lot of his heart and soul into this property and it shows. There are displays where you can learn about his background and there are little model ski gondolas which go up and down and track and are fun to watch. There is beautiful lighting in the gardens at night. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
