Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible – 10/10! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had a wonderfully homely feel. The views were breathtaking, truly adding to the experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. The hot tub was perfect even in the beautiful rain 🤗 We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Karen and Steve are a prime example of hospitality and just as great as the apartment itself. Starting at the entrance door, where a wooden highland cow awaits you, holding a scottish flag and a flag representing the guests (in our case austrian), you could already feel that the hosts are making an effort of welcoming you. The interior is a loving mix of rustic cottage charm, exotic decor from around the world and adorable pictures (like e.g. Winnie the Pooh drawings). Everything is kept flawlessly clean and a sideboard offers loads of teas, coffee, cookies, porridge and sweets and magically refills itself every day, depending on whatever you took. Steve showed us around when we arrived, being very welcoming and funny and we felt like home right away. He even introduced us to their house donkeys Raymond&Pumpkin and their goat Billy which was a highlight of our whole Scotland trip. Karen unfortunately broke her ankle and was only able to greet and talk to us through the window next door, but her pure joy at having guests was nonetheless noticeable and heartwarming. Both of them were incredibly helpful and magically there when we needed it, while still giving us all the space we wanted to have enough privacy. Spending a few days in this oasis felt like a warm hug. We absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back here the next time we are in Scotland again.

    The location was 20 minute bus ride away and was a frequent service. I liked the fact the location was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, The bungalow itself was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The utilities were in abundance, everything you could possibly need. Clearly Lucas and Karolina had thought of everything a person would want or need from a holiday home.

    I have been to many holiday homes/cottages across England/Scotland and by far this stay was the most comfortable. Everything was just perfect, easy spacious free parking right next to the building. Warm/comfortable bedrooms, nice tv lounge/dinning are with Netflix , Ideal location of both toilets, 2 showers, immaculately clean, all facilities available including tea bags/sugar/milk pots/salt and pepper and clear detailed check in instructions by host.

    This is an apartment, not bed & breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked making the holiday home from home. The furniture was modern and comfortable. We particularly liked using the door code as no worries about using or losing keys. We appreciated having separate bedrooms unlike sharing in a hotel.
