What a brilliant place to stay whilst visiting the Orkneys. Our room was spacious and well decked out with everything you need for a stay. The bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless. Great location in St. Margaret's hope less than a minute from the ferry and next to the sea. The bed was comfy and a good size. The shower was really powerful and also a good size plus complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Good sized TV with apps and reliable Internet.

    Self catering. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Shona had left us a welcome tray and milk and eggs as well as fresh flowers. The cottage was very cosy and well furnished. It contained everything we needed. We have rented holiday cottages often in the past and Bachylis is one that we particularly enjoyed. . .

    The Castleyards apartments are right in the heart of the village within walking distance to all the sights plus restaurants and grocery stores, etc. The apartment is compact but contains everything you need to enjoy your stay. The shower was a decent size and had excellent water pressure. The owners were responsive to questions.
