From the moment I checked in it was clear that Les and John were passionate about creating a positive and memorable stay. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom clean and stocked, inviting lounge area and meals were delicious (ate too much!). Dinner in the evening with hosts was wildly enjoyable.

Really nice house, well furnished with great facilities for cooking/washing/relaxing etc. The perfect place for a stay whether an international visitor (like us) or people looking for a stay within the UK. Absolutely beautiful! Our room was stunning, large and extremely comfortable. Isla was a wonderful, host and breakfasts had great options and were delicious. The location was quiet and within walking distance to some nice places to eat and a very convenient drive to many hikes and sights/activities. Would love to stay again someday!

We loved our stay at this farmhouse. It was very comfortable, warm, spacious with good beds, bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The farm is situated between Grantown and Nethy Bridge. The location was ideal, it was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, and is close to the Speyside Way walking track.

Cottage was lovely and cosy, had everything we needed, welcome pack was excellent. Beautiful property in fantastic setting close to town centre but in a very quiet back street. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.
