    The breakfast and facilities were excellent. Paul our host went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. We cannot praise him highly enough. The village and surrounding area are a treasure to behold. Everyone we met in the village and surrounding areas were courteous and made us feel so welcome. No hesitation at all to recommend a stay at Highfield house.

    We liked that we were in walking distance to the village which boasted two great pubs, a iasty takeaway and a shop open at almost all hours

    Breakfast was great. Our host Paul couldn't have been more helpful, both in advance of arrival & during our 1 night stay. Set just beside a lovely village. The garden is lovely also.
