Lovely appointed room with extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful house in extremely quiet and peaceful location . Simon is a particularly attentive host and went way beyond the call of duty to sort out a problem with my booking. Breakfast was excellent , served to us in our room . Unfortunately we had to leave too early and couldn’t explore the beautiful wild garden and woodland . Next time hopefully. Thank you.

It was an excellent stay. I travelled for work and need somewhere to spend the night not to go back to Dublin and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly owners, lovely room, quiet at night. In the morning I had breakfast in a luxurious Victorian dining room. Breakfast was pleasantly unusual as well, as I am not a big fan of the Irish breakfast (although that option was available as well should you want it). Overall, fantastic stay - I got back to my work commitments refreshed and in a good mood. Thanks a mil to the owners

The apartment is the bottom corner of a house in a suburban area about 10 mins walk from Kilkenny Castle. Instructions for finding it and getting in were clear. We were able to park in the driveway. The bedroom was spacious with hanging space and shelves for clothes.The bathroom was small but functional.A dring rack, which we set up in the sunny conservatory meant our washing dried quickly. Milk, water, prossecco, tea, coffee, chococino pods and chocolates were left which was much appreciated.

The room was a lot nicer then shown in the pictures. I was presently surprised. The bed was really comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants.
