Beautiful property. It's an oasis of calm and luxury near Kochi. No need to leave the property even if you stay for 5 nights. Great food, attentive service and well maintained property. The main pool is exceptional, as are the plunge pools.

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Only 6 rooms so not a busy place. Good value for money. Excellent food - ask what they have fresh and you will enjoy a very tasty treat. We took two trips out on the boat which were very special as a private trip and so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing bird life. Highly recommend Breeze Backwater.

Towering coconut trees, vibrant tropical plants, and the peaceful sounds of birds and water created the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The backwaters right at the doorstep are breathtaking — perfect for morning strolls, or just sitting quietly and soaking in the serenity. But what truly makes Gramam Homestay unforgettable is the host, Jos. A genuinely humble, kind-hearted, and incredibly thoughtful person, Jos made us feel like part of the family from day one. His warm hospitality, local insights, and attention to every detail made our stay feel effortless and special. And let’s not forget the homemade food – absolutely delicious! Every meal was a celebration of authentic Kerala flavors, cooked with love and using fresh, local ingredients. We looked forward to every dish, and it always exceeded expectations. Absolutely everything. The facilities are super clean, new and spacious. There is a kitchen that you can use as well as the living room. The best part is Sheetha and her daughter who makes this place so warm and special. If I’m ever in Kochi again, I’ll come back to that place. So lovely! A true home. A very nice homestay - you really feel being invited to a home of your long term friend. Harry and his wife are very kind and gentle. The home made breakfast was amazing. Perfect location - just in city center, so you can explore all old Kochi by feet. Harry also gave great recommendations for the restaurants, helped to book theater tickets and secured local rickshaw at the fair price. We will come again!!

This was one of the best places we stayed in India. The owners are super nice and accommodating. You can tell they have years of experience, for instance there is free filtered water, tea and coffee available all day, and a yummy breakfast. The rooms are super clean, there is good pressure hot water, screens in the windows and the beds are comfortable. The location directly on Princess Street can’t be better.
