The holsters are very nice. I'm travelling with my parents (80 and 87yo). They received us and let us stay in a two connected bedrooms with nice and large bathrooms. They were very clean and comfortable. They also offer coffee which was very handy. The other positive aspect is the inside parking place. You don't need to be afraid of nothing. Your car stays inside the property. It was also very easy to reach it though I needed to make some turns to understand where exactly it was located. I you are travelling by car the only advise I do is be pay attention to the curve as the property door is located there. So you need to advise others you will be turning to their entrance.

I spent 12 wonderful days in this apartment. As for the location, the apartment is very close to the Basilica and public transport, so whoever wants can easily travel to the neighboring towns of Castelfidardo, Porto Recanati and Osimo. the kitchen is fully equipped in a very pleasant environment, you can also prepare a meal for yourself. The apartment is very spacious, new, nicely decorated and everything in it works perfectly. As for the owner, all praise. In all my years of travel, I don't remember having such a good host experience. I will happily stay here every time I get the chance.

The room is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It has it's own terrace where you can enjoy your coffee. Although the house is close to the center, within walking distance, it's peaceful and quiet. You can use the shared kitchen where you have everything you need and it's well organized, you have your own coffee box and place in the fridge. We couldn't imagine a better accommodation. The hosts are very kind and nice. Thank you so much David and Jenny!!!

This hotel was a wonderful surprise for me. I wanted to visit the Sanctuary of the Holy House, and ended up staying here by chance. The hotel is very close to the sanctuary, on a street full of cafés and shops, and it feels very safe. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-organized, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning. In the bathroom, they provided handmade soaps and shampoos, everything smelled amazing. The WiFi worked perfectly. There was also a common kitchen. I didn’t meet the host in person, but she was extremely kind over messages. For example, I had planned to take a taxi from the station but couldn’t find one, and was stranded—she responded immediately with contacts for taxis that could pick me up. The recommendations she gave were great. I didn’t use it, but she even left a voucher for breakfast at one of the nearby cafés. I would highly recommend this place!
