What a little gem is this village of Miglionico. It is just 25 minutes away from the major tourist attraction of Matera. There were no guests other than us and all common areas (dining room and the patio) were at our disposal. The sunset view from that patio was among the best memories of this trip. There is a very interesting fortress and a convent, all within a 5 minute walk from the B&B. If you need to park your car and want to avoid the clutter of a small lot in-between the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and Residenza delle Grazie, there is a lovely convenient spot just a hundred meters away at the end of Piazza Guglielmo Marconi right before it splits into Via Estramurale Municipio and Via S.M. delle Grazie. Antonio is a great host. Grazie mille!!!!

Wonderful host, excellent communication. The place is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. Parking space right at the door. Large, beautifully furnished terrace. A small supermarket nearby. Just a few steps from the old town center. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was just a few walking minutes to the main areas, and there was plenty of parking around. The room was super cozy and extra clean. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and also kind to make a dinner reservation for us. The restaurant she recommended (Ristorante Soul Kitchen) was incredible.

Our landlord frederica and her family gave us a very warm welcome. The location of the apartment is about 5 minutes walk, so super close, to the old town. They gave us valuable tips for the old town tours, must-sees and restaurants right at check-in. The apartment is in a really quiet location with a great breakfast in the morning. When we wanted to leave Matera in the morning our car was unfortunately towed away. Our mistake. With the help of Fredrica we were able to locate the car. Perfect location in the historic center of Matera. We were in contact with the host and received directions for check-in and parking. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything is very close - the pedestrian area and the restaurants. We will be back again! Highly recommend!
