It is a family house where rooms are rented out on the first floor. The rooms are wonderful, comfortable and have everything you need. The terrace is huge. The surroundings are like from a fairy tale. The owners are wonderful people. We were there for Christmas and they even brought us cakes that they made for themselves. We had a great time! Spacious, more than well equipped and very clean apartment. Walking distance to the old village, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Great view from the small balcony and great area to discover, beautiful nature and villages. Next to that we loved to do some outdoor sports, like rafting and tubing in the Pollino National Park! Good communication with host!

The appartement is on the upper part of the town so there’s a great view from the balcony of the room. Great award after the thousands stairs from the main street at the bottom. But that shouldn't scare you. The host, Manuel, is great. Very responsive, very helpful in making us find the way by car to the closest parking. We've got all the information we asked for plus extra. Definitely recommended.

Carla is great and friendly host. Her guesthouse is located quite near the old part of Castrovillari (5 minutes walk). It is part of the old building and the room has beautiful old wooden ceiling. The room is clean, spacious and can accommodate up to four persons. It is located on the ground floor with small windows but it was not a problem for me. Inside is everything needed. Breakfast is served in the room itself and you can choose type of products to be delivered. All was tasty. Taking all above comments into consideration the price for the room is resonable and competitive. There was no private parking but there are a lot of free space around and you can park even by the guesthouse. It is good guesthouse for one transit night as well as for longer stay as a base to explore northern Calabria and Pollino National park. Thank you Carla for everything!

    The host is very nice and friendly, she welcomed us with a big smile, the location is magical, on the top of a beautiful little village, and the views are amazing! The apartment is clean and furnished with everything you need. Absolutely on of the best places to enjoy your vacation.

    Perfect for people who love a typical italian and romantic/historic village in the mountains! Perfect for backpackers and hikers/sportsmen. Functional small flat, well equipped. Great friendliness and helpfulness of Lucia, very knowledgeable about Pollino Park and can recommend how to spend your holiday in the best way, especially in nature. It is lovely to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of Morano. For breakfast, Lucia even provides homemade jam and farm eggs.
