We had three of the four apartments. Lovely private garden to relax in and to enjoy the excellent breakfast. Located bang in old historic centre. Staff welcome friendly, good communications throughout. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Easy to walk anywhere in Otranto. We parked about 10-15 min walk away (paid for 10 euros for 24 hours). Can't fault this place, we all enjoyed our stay and was highlight of a week in Puglia.

It’s beautiful! Simply beautiful! Rooms are large, well equipped and spotless. The swimming pool is nothing but clean & tempting. The owner Gianluca is at your service at any time. Let’s talk breakfast! The Chef Taziana also deserve 10 stars 🤩🤩 Everything is home made by her. Her paccioto leccese are to die for. Very well located. We enjoyed and would go back without a doubt!

First of all if I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Federico and his family our excellent host. incredibly welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was excellent in the morning being able to have it on the balcony was great the room was a great size and it was close to the Centre of town and the beach both within 10 minutes. would definably stay again when in Otranto. also they provide private parking which is great when you have a car. The owners were exceptional and very supportive and friendly. We enjoyed our conversations with them and to see the metal work around the property. The morning staff was incredible and willing to make our breakfast as we wished. The room was completely outfitted for quick meals or simply resting.

Tranquil setting yet close to city and beaches. Clean villa’s with basic needs. The nice pool is set in a relaxed and cosy garden with a bar. Always enough sun beds and shade. The owner is service focused and very supportive to help with any requests or recommendations. Restaurant serves good food and friendly staff.

Luigi was a wonderful host, contacting us before arrival, then meeting us with the keys. The location and villa were perfect with a fridge containing much needed cold water, milk, fruit juice and yogurt. There was a coffee machine with pods and a couple of bread rolls. Luigi helped us during our stay with any inquiries, even looking into the local bus service. A lovely stay for us in the beautiful Otranto.

The property is beautiful and surrounded by the beautiful nature of Otranto. The villa is very well curated and it has everything you need. It’s perfect to spend some quiet time while being able to easily reach the center. Alberto is a great host and we are likely to book our stay again here.

Attached villa in an iconic bay in this area of Apulia with view on the sea from any window/terrasse side (which forms a generous seawards U around the villa). Beautiful garden. Quiet. 30 m from access to the sea (no sand beach but stairs carved in rock). Host Guiseppe very caring/pampering.

This villa was so great that we could just stay here forever. :) It is quiet and secluded, while still very close to the city center. It is not too big, not too small, one can tell that it was designed for comfort. There are many outdoor spaces where you can relax in the backyard. Most definitely a perfect place for an extended stay.
