Palaia is a real treasure. an authentic beauty in the heart of Tuscany. From this apartment you need to walk like 5 minutes to get to the very centre of the city. From the balcony you have a whole view to Palaia, which is breathtaking. It's magical by night as well with all the city lights. The flat itself is comfortable, clean, with airconditioning, and the kitchen is well equipped. I can only recommend to stay in here.

We visited Tuscany for Andrea bocelli concert. It was 20mins drive away from the concert venue. It was comfortable, clean and sufficient for a short stay. Kind compliments from the owners.

We traveled with three adults and our seven year old son. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were spotless. The location it’s unbelievable! So beautiful and peaceful. The people are very friendly and welcoming. The hosts are incredibly nice and although I didn’t bring enough cash for the deposit they were kind enough to accept less than what’s required and returned it immediately during the check-out. The town is gorgeous and within walking distance from the property. The property has parking and in case it’s full a short walk to the town’s free parking gives a chance to take in the beautiful views. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our best experience in the Tuscany trip. Viviana is a wonderful host. She cooked a dinner for us which we enjoyed together and had a nice talks. The breakfast was exceptional, included eggs from her chickens. We had a nice walk around her garden, visiting chickens and seeing saffron growing.

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

    The location is incredible, a historical building now used as a b&b but not really touched beyond what is needed to maintain the facilities. The village is very cute and the view from the rocca closeby is breathtaking, I would absolutely recommend staying a few nights to properly enjoy the location.

    This apartment is owned by a meticulous guy who really loves to please his guests. The decor is over the top antique collectibles. It's a very charming old farmhouse with great views of the Tuscan hill country. Perfect for country walks and close enough to the quaint village to visit the restaurants and bars.

    we had a lovely stay. The hotel has original furniture from the 1800s and the same doors. it's very clean and the staff is very helpful. The village is beautiful and you have lots to do near good restaurants near and quiet village.recommended
