If you’re doing the Via Degli Dei, you MUST stay here. This was perhaps the highlight of my trip - from the tasting menu (genuinely some of the best food that I had that week), to the views, the rooms, everything. Alfonso went above and beyond as a host. I ended up forgetting my Kindle and he drove to Fiesole so that I could get it back, saving me from having to book a very expensive taxi from Florence. Thank you again so very much for your kindness and amazing place!

We had a lovely 2-night stay at this beautifully renovated mansion. The photos just don;t do it justice! The spaces and decor are truly splendid and elegant, with a soft touch of coziness. The bed was very comfortable, the temperature in the room just right and the bathroom spacious, with a large shower (bigger than usual). We really enjoyed the breakfast served by the owner, with high-quality products and very good Italian coffee. We are also grateful for the parking space provided inside the gated yard. We would come back during a more warmer time, to try the enticing swimming pool or, at least, the outside chairs.

The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

Everything! Beautiful villa in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The large 1 bedroom apartment is part of a family home, but it feels like you are the only people there. Very stylish and modern accommodation, in a rustic , charming, peaceful and relaxing setting. Great outdoors areas. We stayed for 5 nights and it was hard to leave. Close to Florence by car or train. Two good coop supermarkets close by. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend:)

Location: Across from The Mall, about a 5-6 minute drive. Environment: A quiet and beautiful estate nestled in the woods. Decor: Clean, tidy, and full of Italian rustic charm. Space: Very spacious. Amenities: Includes a swimming pool, a fully equipped large kitchen. Service: Excellent attitude and quick responses. Dinner is also available.     The 'Big Bang'/top of building suite at the top was spectacular. The room was beautiful with a fab view. The in-house hotel/villa food was more than acceptable and we ate their twice during our 4 day stay. This was partially because going into Pontassieve, parking, then going into Florence wasn't the most economical way of doing this. Luckily their food is fantastic. The bed was more than fine, the view, as mentioned, was great.

    I would totally recommend this villa, it is located on a hill near the center of Florence, it is very calm and relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and they have a very good breakfast too.

    Super location from the train station in a very pretty Tuscan village which makes a great alternative to the overpriced Florence . If you are inter railing their are regular train connections . There is a very good Coop supermarket in town which has a hot food counter. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely courtyard garden

    Everything was great ! Lovely and ultra cleaned accommodation in a tiny village. Everything you need is in there, and the host is very helpful, in a fluent english. Great location to explore this very interesting area in Tuscany. And, if you use the train, it will take you 30 minutes (and less than 3 euros) from the accommodation to the heart of Florence. Do not hesitate : book it right now !
