The location is nearby to all attractions (walking distance). The host was extremely friendly, supportive and hospitable. They offered us their parking space and after checking out offered to let us use it until we left (we went on a tour in the city after checking out). The room was very clean, large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays. Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance. Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach). The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant. Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge! Lovely play area for children at the property :)

Breakfast equivalent to fine dining restaurant - we were looking forward to it every morning. Parking and two tanning beds with umbrella included in the price.     Villa Maldestra is beautiful, boutique hotel, ideal for couples or friends. The hotel is located close to the old town and about a 15-minute walk from the beach. The staff, especially Valeria made our stay unforgettable, She gave us many tips about restaurants and places worth visiting. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace. We hope to come back one day ;)

    A very helpful, friendly and kind owner Claudio made our holidays wonderful. The room was very cozy, clean and has everything necessary for the comfort. We were traveling with our dog Guido and were happy to find this pet-friendly Villa. It is very close to the sea and best restaurants are in 5-7 min walk.     The villa itself was really nice, with comfy furniture and pretty decorations. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was met. And the homemade breakfast she was serving was delicious, made with good quality products. Plus, the villa is in a great location, right next to the bus station and not far from the historic city center. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

    It is a wonderful newly renovated Villa in an ideal location. Either for sightseeing or for anyone (like me) attending a trade show at the Rimini convention center. The owner Valeria ist super nice and helps with any kind of questions one may have. I stayed at the property for four days and it felt like staying at a friends villa.

    It was amazing : the room was huge, we had basically an apartment, the bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was very cozy and stylish. Villa is nearby city center (20min by bus) and close to the beach (20 min by foot).We loved the owner, she gave us lots of great advices for visiting places around Rimini and where to eat. Besides that, she made a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fruits, meat, and sweets. Thank you very much for such marvelous 4 days in villa Maldestra ! 😊
