Beautifully furnished. Luke a luxury apartment. Every detail from the choice of ceramic tableware to the tatami flooring made it a very special experience. But for the clumsy person as everything is quite precious, paper screens and pale flooring. The bath and shower are musical and the Japanese toilet a luxurious experience.

The location was fabulous and the amenities superb. The staff were amazing in upgrading us to a better room and looking after our luggage when we arrived a few hours early. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was traditional Japanese, it was a piece of art. The room was well heated and comfy with private toilet and excellent wifi. The bed was a comfortable futon (made up by the staff). I felt home instantly. It was really nice. The bath was a common bath (Japanese style), with a large bathing area. The small garden was also very nice.

What a beautiful house! The location was fantastic. Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean! We had a fantastic time staying here.

it is a lovely apartment with attention to detail. It is perfectly located for the historic centre. we slept very well on the futon beds.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with separate bedroom. Many appliances including washing machine and a new clothes dryer. Heating was good. I was able to borrow a bicycle. The owner, who lives in the same building, was responsive and helpful.
