The people from Rosenheim are so friendly and helpful.The rooms are superclean, new towels everyday. It's a 5 min walk to busy Shinjuku, but quiet where the hotel is. We had a washing machine/ dryer in our room. The lights, airco and TV had a remote, TV was in Japanese, but didn't really use it to check if I could switch to English

Fantastic apartment. Excellent communication with off site staff. Early check in available for a small extra fee which was really helpful after an early flight to Japan. Two separate sleeping areas with sliding doors made for a great home from home for a few days. Easy to get to by direct train from Haneda airport. Would stay again.

Great small group of hotels (this is our second Section L) and this one continued to be great. Friendly staff with great English, free coffee, clean lobby and room, and various amenities offered. Our room had 3 beds and a little kitchen. A separate bathroom and laundry room were nice too. The area is great with 3 convenience stores nearby and the train station a 5 minute walk. There are loads of restaurants too but small ones and we were turned away from a couple that clearly had seats. It's not touristy in this area. Oh and a sweet and relaxing park to walk to. Great spot.

So many great things to say about Section L Tsukiji. To start with the staff, literally all of them are so nice, sweet, helpful and give great tips for traveling around Tokyo and the rest of Japan. Always welcome you with a smile and are ready for a nice conversation if you are open to it. The hotel itself is at a great location at the back of the Tsukiji fish market. So many great restaurants at walking distance and everything is so fresh. All the fashion shops of all the big designer and watch brands in Ginza are a 15 minute walk away. What’s even better is that there are 3 different metro lines at between 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect location! The rooms then are big for the area. Nice design, very clean and neat, with everything you need for cooking or washing. Also because the hotel is not on the market itself there is barely any noise. Especially in the evening there is literally nobody outside! Highly recommended!

Host is from Shanghai and is friendly. He allowed us to put our luggage at the accommodation after check out and helped to send them to Shinjuku bus station. Accommodation is well equipped with washing machine (detergent and softener provided), hangers, a mini balcony to hang clothes and good WiFi etc. Host allowed check in as early as 11am, quite flexible in terms of check in timing. Value for money and will definitely stay here again if I am back. Location is nearer to Ōkubo JR station instead of Shinjuku station, which is 1 just 1 stop away. Convenient as there is a supermarket (opened until 11pm), family mart, lawson, post office and 24hrs eateries (such as sukiya) around the area.
