We had such a wonderful time! Thank you for this amazing experience! The location was peaceful and picturesque and the family hosting us was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home – truly wonderful! The meals they prepared were the highlight of our stay, with the best home-cooked Sri Lankan food we’ve ever tasted. Very good and friendly host! We checked for Safari in a few hours, and all was arranged quick and swiftly! Safari was good, as we saw a lot of elephants 🐘 Small and cosy place with 3 different rooms, but large rooms with everything you need here. AC, ventilator above the bed, firm mattrass, clean bathroom.

The hosts were amazing! They helped us to arrange everything- day trips, transport. They took us to the sunrise, arranged taxi to our next location… all in all they were really helpful and that meant so much to us considering it was our first stop in Sri Lanka. Let’s not forget about the amazing pool and delicious food. Great people, amazing place. Also - the location is not a problem - the host is always willing to pick you up and drive you to the city center (free of charge) and the distance from the center means peaceful nights - we slept like a babies!

We stayed in this lovely home for two nights and I think that this was my favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The hosts are fantastic people, friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The rooms are simple but have everything that you need and have a lovely terrace within the beautiful gardens. But best of all is the food. We had breakfast and dinner on both days and we were served a selection of home cooked, Sri Lankan treats that were delicious. All together a fabulous experience that I’d happily pay more for.

A great place in the jungle and near the station. In the evening, the owner picked us up from the station. Elephants came every night. Very clean and beautiful. There was a wonderful breakfast in the morning. A magical place with a very attentive host.
