Exquisitely designed little paradise of a maison. Secluded from the town, it looks over a riverbed teeming with storks and little barley and wheat fields. The operators are so kind and excellent cooks. I hope to come back.

The property is a true gem! Beautifully renovated in true Moroccan style with all comfort! The outside area with pool is the cherry on the cake! The hosts are beyond welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast and dinner were the best we had during our stay in Morocco! We hope to be back soon!

Lovely owner and family. Kasbah located in quiet surroundings with gardens and old ruins. Kasbah itself beautifully renovated with garden and terasse. Room was beautiful, dinner was one of the best in morocco, breakfast was rich. We made the 2h long tour through the oasis, it was such a relaxing and interesting tour, we would recommend it!

Kasbah Chems is a truly magical place with jaw-dropping views, rich cultural adventures, and heartwarming people. We absolutely loved our stay here. Mustapha and Said from the Kasbah organized everything for us so well, including a day in the garden of the roses, trekking along the gorge with a picnic, and a night of unforgettable live Berber music. Breakfast on the terrace was made extra special with delicious local food served next to trays of hand-picked flowers. The warmth and humor of the service we received here is unmatchable and made us feel part of a Moroccan home. We loved the communal spaces and the different terraces. There are 3 rooms and as many terraces. The decorations are superb and the rooms quite big and comfortable. Our group ended up staying 2 nights instead of the 1 we had planned. We had dinner twice, and the vegetarian option was amazing ! The owner also took us on a tour to the backcountry to see where the nomads lived. We would recommend the tour and doing it with a guide (it's easy to get lost in our opinion).

Service is excellent. Food is delicious. Staff is very friendly. The view on the roses valley from room and terrace is awesome. From there we could visit in three days three gorges: Toudgha, Dades and Amejgag. The walk in roses valley nearby is very enjoyable. People in the region in general are very welcoming and friendly. We are far here from tourist traps culture in big cities like marrakech. Very safe part of the country, and very telegenic.
