Jays place is a perfect spot, cleanest place we’ve stayed in Mauritius (including hotels 3x the price), with attention to every detail. Very comfy bed, gorgeous private balcony, beautiful garden, little kitchen unit, bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with fresh fruit from the garden, omelette, tea/coffee, bread etc! Details like great quality towels and hairdryer was very appreciated 😊 Jay is a wonderful honest host and the best we’ve met while traveling!! We enjoyed our stay so much.

The location was good. It is opposite an interesting beach with good scenery and walking distance from eating places. The rooms were spacious with blankets that was smelling very nice. My kids loved the house.

The host and everybody else helping around the house were very kind to us and we felt very welcome! We recommend this place highly :) They definitely go the extra mile for their guests. To give an example, things were not going good for us (we were having difficulties finding a place to stay in that region) and Annie took us in in the middle of the night, after normal check-in hours. We are so-so grateful for that! In addition, we mixed up our payment and after we had left the villa, Annie contacted us with the problem and helped to find a solution how we could meet up again to make the payment. We felt so bad that this happened - everything and everybody had been so great with us - but fortunately Annie helped to solve all the obstacles. We are very grateful for Annie and everybody else too :)

I had a very last minute booking but Jessica and her family run B&B still answered all my questions and adapted to my preferences. Jessica was always available through WhatsApp for questions, information, even excursions could be arranged with a discount and last-minute! I loved everything about my stay here, I would've stayed longer if I could. 😍 It's a small, cozy, beautiful family run B&B, I think I met the whole family during my stay and all were very accommodating and friendly! I was travelling alone and Jessica suggested to join her for her (daily) sunrise walk on the beach, which I very much appreciated. They offer dinner upon extra cost, but it's really worth it, was very nice dinner with different options. The breakfast is also a real treat! I initially booked the single room but as there was a bigger room available and as I stayed 3 nights, Jessica offered me to stay in that one. Rooms are clean, bright, lovely decorated. Has everything you need. Private parking across the street, 5min walk into town, 10min to the bay and the public beach just across.

Amazing little resort! Very comfortable, absolutely spottless and clean; great healthy breakfast with homemade juices, fruit salads with fruits from the garden, homemade granola and marmelade; excellent service and very friendly staff; very welcoming hosts giving great tips and help at all times; cold water available 24/7 for refill into jars (plastic free place); pool is stunning, quiet and has comfortable beds; WIFI excellent at all times. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and would definitely and highly recommend this oasis.

    The Villa is so well equipped, you have everything available. Either in the Kitchen, bedroom or living room. All rooms are equipped with air con so it’s a great asset in summer. The garden is even more prettier than the inside with this big pool and even bigger garden. You have enough space to play a volley/football match Also David the man in charge was very welcoming and available at any time.

    One of the most beautiful moments that I spent in my life was in this private villa with a stunning view of the sea and excellent service by the manager and the crew members.     Great and spacious villa. The house staff were friendly, kept the villa immaculately clean and served a very good breakfast. Concierge Gregory from Muse Villas looked after us very well and all activities booked through him were perfect. We enjoyed two diners with the chef and this was a great experience. If you like the privacy of a luxury villa and be very well looked after, then consider Muse Villas. We will be going back.
