Nice location close to the city centre. Clean and spacious, perfect for our stay.We could rent bicycles and to explore Tulum and the beaches. The staff was extremely helpful and after we asked the manager gave us personalised list with recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks , including comments on what from the menu is nice. I don't think our stay in Tulum wiuld have been so good without that list. We loved the Ceviche at El capitan, the beach and the sunbeds at Posada Margherita (guests can hangout there for free), vibe & live Musik at Batey and also very nice for breakfast and dinner was La Hoja Verde. 100% recommendation.

Overall - fantastic location to stay in Tulum. Location - exactly what we looked for - outside of the city center and touristy areas. Safe, closed neighborhood, new building with very clean, and quite large swimming pool in the courtyard. Very well equipped rooms, including kitchenware. Impeccably clean. Nice common area, very pleasant and friendly staff.

We stayed one night at Casa Mango, a great experience to stay in the jungle. Lou, the host, is a great entertainer, after dinner, I ate the best home-made gnocchi ever, he told us to stay for the show and a show it was with Lou performing, dancing and singing and all guests present to join in, singing, dancing or doing whatever performance they liked, our best party in all of our Mexican vacation. It also was a great opportunity to exchange experiences with the other guests. Use the road NOT suggested by google, the one suggested by google is past a horse and gets quite rough, though not impossible to slowly pass with 2 front-wheel driven car at slow speed. The party was so exciting, I totally forgot to take any pictures. Loved the breakfast with strong coffee and fresh juice. Thanks to Lou for the great experience, we will come back, not sure when but we will do.

    A beautiful house in a gated park, with a shared swimming pool. The house is trendy, large, and clean. It's within walking distance from the village and super market. Hosts are very accommodating and can arrange bike rental, tours, etc.. If you are looking for a nice and quite place in the Tulum area... then this is the place to be.

    This is actually a private Farm House bungalow plot scheme type. Very eco friendly . The Host is available on Whatsapp. Very Helpful and his staff is eager to help too. This is one the finest holiday homes i have stayed . Very much away from City in a small village near Tulum . All Large cenote near by . Food in the village is also Fantastic . Please note Cash is important. Few places take Credit card in this village. Very Very interesting well designed home away from home. Do explore this place
