I recently stayed at Pensiunea Cer de Munte, and it was an incredible experience. The location is fantastic, situated close to the trailhead for Vârful Moldoveanu, making it a perfect spot for hikers and nature enthusiasts. The area is very peaceful, offering a great environment to contemplate nature and meditate. The host is exceptionally caring and attentive. They provided us with valuable tips on interesting places to explore and gave clear instructions on the best routes to take up the mountain. Their guidance really enhanced our trip. Pensiunea Cer de Munte offers breakfast and dinner options, and I must say, the trout they prepare is absolutely delicious. The meals were a highlight of our stay, providing us with hearty and tasty food after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views of the mountains from the guesthouse were simply stunning. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a serene and enriching mountain getaway.

The perfect place to relax. The hostess was incredibly kind, even though she didn't speak English, but her son explained everything to us. There's an indoor outdoor kitchen, private parking on the property, a swimming pool at our disposal, a fully equipped kitchen, and we could even sample their local alcohol, which was left for us.

This place is heaven. It was just what we needed for a perfect escape after our journey down the Transfagarasan. As soon as we arrived we booked the next night. Vlad is an incredible host & went above & beyond, we met his family & he took us out to view potential plots of land for us to buy. Sublime location, a fox visited both nights & we were guarded by 2 lovely dogs. It's rustic & very rural, which we wanted, so if you want mod cons this isn't for you. We wanted peace & quiet & nature. Lovely Romanian fire/stove kept us snug at night. Outside shower & loo, interesting, but functional & was as expected so cannot fault. Just perfect. Thank you, Vlad.

A very nice, clean and new accommodation with everything you need: kettle, tea, coffee,fridge,balcony. Lidl is at 3 minutes walking distance and city centre at 5 minutes walking distance. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Spacious apartment, renovated, well appointed, comfortable, suited for longer visits as well (we only spent one night there). The air conditioning helped a lot, given the heat wave. Very easy to communicate with the host, who met us with the keys. She lives close by and would have been available, if needed.
