Amazing hospitality! Ameena was such a friendly & warm host and we were immediately drawn in. The room was large and spacious; well set up with small kitchenette, washer, sofa & dining table. The shower & toilet were separate but next to each other; the inclusion of a bath tub sweetened the pamper. Lots of restaurants. Didn’t try to pool/ beach as it was too hot. We must coming back after Summer. Location is ideal, near to mall.

I liked the comfy furniture . i tried couple other appartments in the same area some did not have sofa's or uncomfy bedsheets and others have sofa's but not as comfy as this . will book again 100%

Situated in Abu Dhabi, B12 Studio near Ferrari world, with canal and pool view features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.8 km from Yas Mall. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.7 km from Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit. The location was absolutely brilliant. Although we live in Dubai, I was not familiar with this complex on Yas Island, and it was such a revelation. The complex has a Kid's Club, lots of playground, wonderful swimming pools, so there was so much to do. The Studio was spacious and extremely comfortable, we were able to cook, eat, sleep, find clean beach towels, the air-conditioning was great. Everything was perfect. It was also right by the Sea World and other attractions, as promised, and had a dedicated parking spot right by the house. Also, there is a Carrefour Supermarket within the complex walking distance. We had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The host quickly responded to all our requests and was very caring to make our stay there very comfortable. There are a lot of cafes, shops and a drugstore near the apartment. Great location so you can get all the theme parks within 5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes by foot.
