His kindness and attention to detail were exceptional. Andrea was equally warm and welcoming. She took the time to inquire about how our day was going, offered us coffee, and went out of her way to assist us whenever needed. Her friendly and helpful demeanor added a special touch to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast menu was not only diverse but also changed daily, offering a wide range of delicious options. We were genuinely impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. Overall, our stay at C Groyp Apartments Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Vladimir and Andrea's outstanding service. But when I saw the place I immediately regretted not booking more nights here. Moreover, was friend was injured before we came to the place and when we arrived the staff helped us and guided us to the nearest hospital. I definitely recommend you to come to this place, I will come back many times for sure.

An absolute must if you're in Northern Albania! This place is special and you notice it as soon as you walk in. The feeling of the whole place is great. We stayed two nights in the family room with our 2.5 and 5 year olds who had the best time in the bunk beds. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a family of four. We ended up wishing we would have stayed another night. Our girls absolutely loved all the animal feeding, walking with the geese (thanks, Vittoria!), the play areas, making friends with other kids and of course the food. The FOOD deserves a separate review as it's just an amazing experience. The dinners are plentiful and simply delicious. The only problem is that you just keep eating :) Everything is locally produced or sourced and you notice the freshness. The mushrooms, blueberry pasta (I know, we were equally surprised!) , baby goat, cheese, fruits and their home made bread and jams really stood out for us. Their locally produced wine is also a great option to combine with the food. Breakfast was also great and our kids especially liked this as it included eggs in many ways, pancake/donuts and great yogurt with local fruits. We'd love to be back some day and would highly recommend you go out of your way to visit this magical place!
