We were a bit worried coming by car because of the narrow streets, but as soon as we turned onto the street there was easy parking right out the front. The villa is gorgeous and the room and interior has a really homey feel to it. Mira was absolutely lovely, greeting us upon arrival and answering all our questions. The location couldn't be better, as it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the boulevard but still walking distance (5-10 mins max) to everything. The highlight was the amazing breakfast on the terrace, with arguably the most stunning view of the city. Would highly recommend this place!

The accommodations were exactly as described in Booking.com; the location couldn't have been better for walking to the castle, restaurants, markets, shops and everything that Berat has to offer. Our room was very comfortable. And the breakfasts were really special, and with different jams that our host made and shared with us every morning. And, the greatest reward for staying at Bujtina Valgent was meeting and engaging with our hosts and the family. They treated us like family, and took very good care of us during our stay. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to stay here. I would give this review all "20"s if I could. (*note, once you get to the bus station, take a local bus, which pulls in to the bus station , and take it to the bus stop near the St. Demetrius Cathedral, and the guest house is about two blocks away. Not an uphill climb).
