The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city. The walk to the center takes some time, but it's manageable. And anyway, with extra parking included, it's more convenient than driving to the city center on your own and using the cramped overpriced parking lots there.
As for the flat itself, it's very nice, clean and cosy. It has everything for a comfortable stay, either one-night or a longer one.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you need for short or longer stay. It is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Although it is located outside of the city centre there are supermarkets and cafes near by (walking distance) so you can have a good breakfast or simply buy some food and prepare your self a meal. Also, if you have a car there is a free parking space near the building. The instructions how to enter the building a very clear.

I am not easily impressed but let me just say that I was impressed.
The apartment was absolutely immaculate, new, and surprisingly comfortable. A super comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom furnished with everything and anything you need. Coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, my favourite brand shower gel and hand soap and so much more. We are also very grateful for the gift they left for us. 🥂
Can't wait to come back to the same apartment next time we visit Graz.
