The balcony’s view was stunning. It has a great lounge with bookshelves, coffee machines and a kids play room. The contactless check in was fast and easy. This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel, and it continues to hold a special place for my family — especially my 3-year-old son, who affectionately calls it “our home.” It’s always been a comfortable and familiar place for us. This time, however, there was a slight issue with the room — a faint but noticeable smell that I couldn’t quite identify. I’m not sure if it contributed to my seasonal allergy symptoms, but it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, everything else was great and up to the usual standard. One small suggestion would be to see a bit more warmth and smiles from the staff, which would make the experience feel even more welcoming. Looking forward to returning again soon.
