The space was thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s a little further out of town, but we appreciated the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A real highlight was the excellent café just a short walk away, serving delicious breakfast and lunch with beautiful river views—we went every day. We also loved relaxing on our patio each afternoon and stepping straight into the pool.

Overall, a great place to stay and we’d happily come back.

The Nautilus Holiday Apartments are situated in Port Douglas across the road from the famous Four Mile Beach. Enjoy spacious self-contained apartments opposite the beach and 10-minutes from Macrossan Street. location was great, just a short walk into town and Mick and Sue were both knowledgeable and helpful with booking trips etc the two bedroom apartment was a great size for our family of 4
