The bungalow was clean, tidy, and well equipped, with thoughtful extras like cooking oil, salt and pepper, and plenty of milk. The UV-treated tap water was safe to drink, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, including freshly baked breads, croissants, cheese bread with tomato, and fresh fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Across the street and 1/2 block from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This place is a real find. Well constructed, modern and super clean. Covered porch with comfy chairs and a dining table. Perfectly appointed studio cabin with a well equipped full kitchen. A/C. Screened windows. Queen size bed. The back covered porch has a full size washer and clothes line. A real plus for Aitutaki is the strong free wifi. Your delightful host, Kura, will pick you up at the airport and take you to the grocery store if you need it. You can walk to the main small town but renting a scooter or car will let you explore this stunning island. Highly recommended.

Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Idyllic beachfront location with only 8 large detached chalets. Well equipped. Lovely breakfast provided by the pool. Very relaxed ambiance with so few guests - we were often the only people on the beach. Lagoon is shallow but OK for swimming with plentiful fish. Provision of bicycles, e-scooters and 2 electric golf carts make it easy to get around this small island.
