Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road... Stayed with two of my friends for 9 days, the room was great, breakfast was great also (the buffet is not the same everyday if you are wondering). Staff was amazing with cleaning - we shopped quite a lot and with three people there are a lot of bags - cleaning staff took care of it everyday and cleaned the apartment overall perfectly. The hotel's location was perfect for all of our activities - people's square metro just a few minutes down the road. Overall liked our stay very much - would recommend!

Only 1 km from Jing'an Temple, Shanghai Centre Serviced Apartment features self-catering apartments with well-equipped modern facilities including an iPod docking station and a satellite TV. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews as we had a great stay here. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and well appointed. The location is so convenient and walking distance to the Metro (line 2). There is a great kids play area and supermarket in the centre plus many other good restaurants.

She really helped me out with different matters. She came to pick me up from the subway. Her pre departure information was very precise and helpful. The apartment is bright and feels cozy. There is a washing machine and a dryer. The area feels comfortable with many shops and restaurants. Just about a 10 minute walk away from the subway station. The residential complex has some local flair. Drinking water was provided. Above all, Lily deserves 5 stars for being so helpful. Xiexie 🙏🏻

Mrs. Li contacted us immediately and provided us with all the necessary info She also met us and showed us everything personally. The apt. was very clean and cozy There was a subway station near the apt Amazing value for money

Everything was excellent. Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better. The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Went above and beyond. Thank you Lily

500 metres from National Exhibition and Convention Centre Shanghai, Primus Residence Shanghai Hongqiao is 2 km from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and 2.5 km from Shanghai Hongqiao International... Walking distance to exhibition centre. so its easy hotel is clean and nice. Staff can speak little english, which is ok.

Set in Shanghai, Green Court Residence Jinqiao Diamond Shanghai is 7 km from Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Shanghai World Financial Centre SWFC is 10 km away. We were at rhe middle of Aug 2025. The place is not far from nain city sight seens and located in the comfortable not overcrowded city area. It's close to Pudong Airport (40 min). Το Kevin's Old House βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Σαγκάης, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σταθμό Jing'an Temple του μετρό (γραμμή 2). Well located in familiar center of Shanghai alleys. Mr Soo at the front desk was awesome and so was the cleaning lady who kindly took care of own drying. Breakfast was wonderful. Will consider booking again next time back to Shanghai.
