It's located in a residential area in front of the school, so it's quiet at night. Since we walked from the airport, it was a perfect location for us (on the street into town). Blackout curtains help keep out the morning light. There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

They were very kind with everything we needed throughout our stay and found a way to accommodate us with a super late check in (around 05:00 AM) as our ferry from Boa Vista had more than 3 hours delay. Additional points for the restaurant they have downstairs, if you are into Italian food, that’s one of the best on the island. They also provide a lot of options for day excursions. We chose the day trip around the island and the service was excellent. Totally recommend the place.

Main street with hundreds of restaurants six steps ;-). Diving center and pier ten steps. Qiute good equpiped kitchen, comfortable bed, air-condition, nice terrace. A very helpful host, he provided advice on activities on site. On the last day we had a midnight flight. We could stay in the apartment without additional charges until the evening.
