Everything in the hotel was perfect - starting from the design, to the unlimited hot drinks, the breakfast, the soft bed and the cleaning services. The room I ordered was nothing short of spectacular. I was deeply impressed with the exceptional staff, in particular Pedro and Lola, who were very kind and provided marvelous service. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and I hope to comeback someday.

We are a family of four, and we enjoyed the warm sunshine streaming through the windows. Each room was spotless and well-prepared. The kitchen was great, and the shower was hot and convenient.

This place has absolutely no competition in Ulm. Quiet neighborhood, private parking place in a garage, easy access, awesome new interior design, all the amenities a family might need. Large bathroom, large clean towels, very comfortable bed. Although they offer Netflix I didn't try it, since we've been to tired to continue watching a mini series. WiFi works, I didn't have to measure the bandwidth ;-) If you want to spend some time in Ulm, look for Customflats offerings. I highly recommend this flat.

Getting to the place was well explained and host gave very precise instructions about picking up the keys. Apartment is well equipped with everything you can imagine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is reserved parking space which is few meters from the entrance. Be advised, though, that apartment is on the last floor of the building without elevator; not a big deal if you have no problem with such a concept.

I stayed for one night at Rooftop Apartments, and I rather liked it. The flat is well-located and peaceful; there was no noise from the street or neighbours. One significant advantage of the flat is the natural wooden floor in the bedrooms, which means no annoying, smelly carpets. The flat is fully equipped; you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a spacious fridge, coffee machine, toaster, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, and so on. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, which is shared among three rooms, as well as a hairdryer. Furthermore, there's even a projector in the living room, which is available for communal use. Communication with the owner was smooth, fast, and pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment.
