It was always clean. Everything is well maintained and in great condition. Mr Taha was very helpful as was always in touch and checking daily if I needed anything, this kind of service is just so great and valuable. Requests were handled promptly and quickly. Karim is a great host and prepares a DELICIOUS breakfast! The manager is very responsive and helped us organize day trips and transfers even last minute. The rooms were huge and very clean. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of Marsa Alam (15 Min walk from the center). Nothing or no one around but we felt safe. Marsa Alam is a bit of a ghost town in general so don't expect much going on - a good chance to disconnect :)

It’s literally located at the heart of hurghada, close to bus stop, groceries, bazaars, restaurants, literally everything! The hotel has a cafe downstairs, it’s super chill at night, great place to chat with friends, and it has really good tea and smoothies! The owner Mr. Tamer really lightened up our trip, he’s been so patient and helpful all the time. He helped us to find boat trips, transportation, and give us awesome recommendations . I sincerely appreciate everything he did for us!!!! Once again, Masaya is definitely a 100 out of 10!🤩🤩🥳🥳
