A wonderful destination for your time in Kirkwall. We explored the island for 3 days an spent two nights in the royal,oak guesthouse. Everything was prepared in a perfect way, a nice and new build room with all details for a comfortable stay, nearby to the city and in walking distance to Highland Park destillery. we enjoyed the light options for the night and the bathroom, this is as you like it at home. a nice breakfast, fresh fruit, tea and coffee as we prefer it, we enjoyed our whole stay very much, Thank you

Karrawa is a lovely home with a very comfortable guest room and an exquisitely appointed en-suite. Everything was so clean and Fyona was quite friendly snd welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was delicious. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.

Everything was simply perfect. The apartment or better the small house is equippped with any modern facilities, even two TV sets, one in each rroom..Perfect cleanliness and tidiness. You can park your car just in front of the house. I felt as at home. I strongly recimmend it
