The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Having a small balcony was a nice touch. We found the location to be fantastic and felt safe walking around that area.

We had to change our original reservations due to the TSA strike and a change in plans. The people at Dwell could not have been more accommodating! We arrived and were greeted with smiles and the offer of a welcome drink - which I would loved, but we were ready to shop. The room was very large by Athens' standards, had lots of light and was laid out thoughfully. We had some issues with the air conditioning and the safe, and they were extremely quick to get them both resolved. We also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee downstairs. There are 4 pretty unique selections, and everything was great quality and prepared very well. They also make an excellent cappucino. The location was kind of everything. We were walking distance to great shopping at the Attica Mall, Ermou and many other good shops. There were so many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk, the hard part was just deciding where to go. We have found our new place to stay when we go into Athens!

The apartment features family rooms. The property is not located in the more touristy areas, which gave us a view of the real Athenians, who they are, where they eat and life in general. The property is modernly refurbished, clean, and the property management responded positively to any question. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with pods—enough of everything one would need, such as shampoo and toilet paper. The patio is spacious and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine (a bottle of wine awaited us upon arrival).
