Kalomira couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful during our stay.

Looking out of my window to the sea was such a treat. We will definitely be back

Plenty of good restaurants and nightclubs are to be found nearby. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the small town of Spetses and the Dapia harbour. Tina is the best hostess. She helped us with everything we asked for with no hesitation. Also the hotel was near Agia Marina (the best beach in Spetses, just 7 min walk , the old harbor (5 min walk) and not that far from the new harbor (20 min walk).

Today's owner Mr. Apostolos bought the property in 1985, an abandoned mansion dating back to 1830 where, with much love and passion, he refurbished it according to the style and colors of the island and turned it into a small Paradise. Great stay and can’t recommend this enough. Super spacious, clean rooms with wonderful staff. Great breakfast too!
