Clean and big room - very traditional old Japanese style Ryokan; exactly what we have been looking for. Great location too. The staff was fantastic, providing us with tips for the neighbourhood and some interesting Japanese coffee jelly. There is free coffee, tea and water as well at all times. Be sure to reserve breakfast at least a day in advance. We missed it and unfortunately could not get a taste of it (though it looked fantastic).

The view is AMAZING, the clothes that are given are beautiful and comfortable ,the food was great, the staff were so nice and helping, the location is perfect (just note that is far from any store or restaurant) but close to the pirate ship and to the cable car.

Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site. Everything!! Superbbbb services from all staffs🙌, great facilities, yummy breakfast in Japanese style. The room is clean and big, also has a very big screen TV with Nintendo famicom!! The owner was very nice and helpful, he speaks English very well, he showed us all facilities in the ryokan, so so impressed with his service. The ryokan also has a shuttle service to the bus station. I would give 100 score out of 10 to this ryokan.

The Japanese style breakfast (included) is well plated and tasted yummy. We ordered dinner for the first night of stay and were extremely satisfied. It"'s very convenient as the hotel is just in front of the bus stop from Hakone Yumoto station. Actually, I overlooked and forgot the detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel sent by email earlier. 😊. The room is a twin superior room with bath. .I would definitely return when I go there in future. Many thanks also to all the staff who are working hard.behind the scene. 🙌
