With a shared lounge, the 2-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a shared bathroom. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free shuttle service for guests. The owner is very helpful and will drive you to and from the beach every day as there is no beach close by the hostel. We got stranded on the island due to a typhoon and we were able to stay the extra night no problem, the owner was going to arrange private transport for us off the island if we got stuck another day. Would highly recommend. There is a really nice common area, kitchen, bathrooms, and showers.

Located in the main village on Zamami, very close to restaurants and about 1.5 km from both biggest /nicest beaches. Room was spacious, clean, cozy and super comfy. Personeel was helpful, nice and no muzz no fuzz. After check out you can still use facilities of the guesthouse, like showers and wc. Breakfast is available and so are snorkeling tours.

Hanamuro Inn Aka Island is set in Zamami, 90 metres from Maehama Beach, 400 metres from Statue of Shiro, as well as less than 1 km from Amagusuku Observatory. Featuring a garden, the 2-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. We stayed at Hanamuro Inn for two nights and absolutely loved it. The inn is simple, clean, and full of charm. Just like the island itself. The owner is warm and welcoming, and the whole place had a laid-back, friendly vibe that made us feel right at home. Aka Island is small, quiet, and stunningly beautiful. You’re surrounded by turquoise water, white sand beaches, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. Around the inn, there are a few small restaurants and two little supermarkets. It is just enough to enjoy good local food without any stress. If you’re looking to unwind, swim, snorkel, or just take in the natural beauty, Hanamuro Inn is a perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back. A lovely spot on a lovely little island.
