Staffs were very helpful and kind too. One more thing, don't turn away just because you see they don't serve dinner or breakfast in room. They do it with purpose that you will get the best view when you are eating. We wished we can stay longer and will come back someday.

We love this place everything it’s amazing if you like nature camping this is the place , perfect location few activities, the staff spoke English made it easy for us , staff very friendly and attentive, our stay included breakfast and dinner and let me tell you was delicious great wine selection as well, I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful this place is, 10 out of 10 indeed. The owner left some "welcome" ice cream in the freezer and then brought a watermelon he had grown in his garden as a welcome gift. Nice touch. Big supermarket store right next door - food, drinks, medicines etc. (cash only). Great location - close to major Katsuki attractions, not long drive to Beppu. The host is very friendly and helpful. At the end of the stay, he gave us a tour of Kitsuki samurai residences which was a great bonus. Thank you, sir, it was much appreciated. I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Kitsuki, Beppu or nearby areas.
