You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. We are really well at Suriya Guest :) we had the breakfast and dinner twice which was delicious. The host was super welcoming and kind. The rooms were spacious and had heating, which was important because we were there when it was only 17 degrees Celcius.

They are kind, welcoming and extremely attentive to every detail and it truly feels like a home away from home. Shan was always on hand for any needs or requests. The tour he arranged of the nearby tea plantation, waterfalls and secret view point was a highlight and reasonably priced. My room was tastefully decorated and extra cosy with the comfortable bed and thick blankets. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast prepared by Daphne was amazing, I will miss those honey rottis for breakfast! I highly recommend Rustique House to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Shan, thank you for a great stay and opening up your family home to guests. To start of, their food is too good… every day they gave us new food up to our liking and preference. the team was just amazing available at all times with a service even better than 5 star hotel. they made sure our driver was also taken care of which we are very grateful for ! they made our honeymoon stay better. highly recommend it !

He went above and beyond to take care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed — from providing water and laundry service to recommending great restaurants and organizing our tea trail excursion. He even helped with transport to the town center and arranged last-minute emergency rides, including a 5 AM trip to the train station!
