It's situated at walking distance to Mirissa fishing harbor where whale watching tours start and also less than 1.5 km from the secret beach and <1km from Mirissa town. The rooms are comfy, well maintained and come with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provides excellent service. And flexibility at arrangements is also noteworthy. And all of this comes at a very fair asking price. If you're visiting Mirissa area this is the easiest to recommend. But you may have to make reservations in advance. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. We really enjoyed staying in Hidden Heaven - we even extended our stay by 3 days. We were renting our own Tuktuk so the location was ideal as it was right on the main road with quick & easy access (5 min drive) to Hiriketiya and Kudawella (a great beginner surf spot) and was also only a 15 minute drive to Silent Beach in Tangalle. The room we stayed in was large, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully outfitted with many outlets, Netflix, toiletries, tea & coffee, etc. Even on the main road the room is well sound proofed and quiet at night. The staff are very friendly & go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We would recommend staying here (especially if you have your own Tuktuk as they have parking space that’s gated at night)

The guest house features family rooms. I booked this property based on a review written by a family similar to ours. And the open air bathroom. We are a family of 4 with a 5 yr old girl and 2 year old boy. We rented the large family suite and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Less then 5 mins from the beach, large comfortable double beds with mosquito nets, a shared kitchenette, large comfortable bathroom with hot water and AC. The owners were such lovely accommodating people. The best part was the location. Hiritekiya is an Instagramy digital nomady hotspot, and Jungle Escape is located in the less developed part of the beach. So we were close to everything but in a more tranquil environment.
